Type I collagen
Provides tensile strength to tissue and is the most abundant type of collagen in the body. It is found in skin, tendons, bones, and teeth.
Type III collagen: Helps to support the structure of skin, muscles, and blood vessels. It is important for maintaining the elasticity and firmness of the skin.
Type V collagen: Helps to regulate the assembly and organisation of collagen fibres in tissue. It plays a role in wound healing and tissue repair.
Type X collagen: Plays a key role in the formation and mineralisation of bones. It is important for the growth and development of skeletal tissue.

Vitamin C and Zinc for Skin Health
