Ingredients:  Lecithin (from soy), Alfalfa (aerial parts), Apple cider vinegar powder, Atlantic algae (Ascophyllum nodosum) (standardized to 0.4% iodine content). Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride), anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate; emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel (fiber); carrier: fatty acids; maltodextrin, stabilizer: gum arabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; shell (purified water, thickener: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; carrier: glycerol), binder: sodium carboxypropylmethylcellulose, cellulose gum. Contains crustaceans (lobsters, shrimps, crabs).

How to use:  Take 1 tablet 3 times a day after meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. For adults only. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.

Contraindications:  The product is not intended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
