The PY5658 is a specialized hybrid accessory for the EasyStand Bantam Medium. It functions as both a lateral trunk support to maintain midline alignment and an elbow stop to prevent the user's arms from falling backward or outward. This is particularly critical when the Bantam is used in the supine (laid back) position, where gravity tends to pull the arms away from the tray or midline.

Dual-Function Design: Combines a lateral trunk pad with an extended "stop" that cradles the elbow. This ensures the user’s torso remains centered while keeping the arms in a functional position for activities.

Optimized for Supine Standing: Specifically designed for users who spend time in supine or tilted positions. It provides the necessary rear-lateral boundary to keep the arms from dropping behind the plane of the backrest.

Flexible Width Range: Adjustable from 9” to 14.5” (23–37cm) wide, allowing for a precise fit against the user's ribcage and upper arms.

Functional Alignment: By stabilizing the elbows, it helps facilitate better hand-to-mouth coordination and improved access to the tray surface.
