1964 Gibson J-50 in very good condition. This Gibson has a replacement bridge with a fixed saddle that was installed in house by Tom Crandall. There are also two professionally repaired top cracks near the pickguard and a small filled screw hole on the heel from a previously installed strap button. This J-50 was constructed with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a rosewood bridge. The neck has a width of 1 11/16” at the nut, a depth of 0.85” deep at the first fret, and a depth of 0.93” at the tenth fret. The guitar has a 24 3/4” scale and weighs 4.29 lbs. This J-50 has a lively, dynamic sound with a lot of punch and has a gorgeous spruce top that has aged to a golden hue. Comes with a gigbag.
