Vintage 1974 Louis Marx - Wall Walkers Clockwork Wind Up - The Wombles Tobermory Mechanical Walking Action Figure - Very Good Condition Original Walkers. Released  by Louis Marx in 1974 as part of their Mechanical Wall Walking Clockwork Figure series of plastic toys. This fantastic Wind Up Clockwork figure features one of the wonderful Wombles of Wimbledon Common, Tobermory which stands about 3 inches tall, he has a clockwork motor which is wound by the key on his side, once wound, place the figure on a flat surface and watch him walk. The figure is in very very good condition which is amazing especially when you consider that it is now over 51 years old and he walks perfectly when the motor is wound. Has the date and manufacturer details printed on his back. A fantastic vintage Wombles Mechanical Walking toy from yesteryear.
