A knob within easy reach allows you to quickly change the resistance while riding, without having to interrupt your workout. The quiet mechanism with a 14.5" flywheel means you can train at any time without disturbing other members of your household.

Adjust the bike to your body type

Both the saddle and handlebars are fully adjustable, allowing you to precisely tailor the bike to your height and riding style. The saddle can be adjusted in four directions—up/down and front/back—and the handlebars in two (up/down). This allows you to maintain the correct position, which translates into less strain on your joints, better training efficiency, and greater comfort during longer sessions. The ability to change position also makes it easier to activate different muscle groups.
