Originally titled Natura Contro (Against Nature) and later released a Cannibal Holocaust 2 by the British distributor VIPCO, this film has received negative reviews, mostly due to it being labelled as a sequel but being a separate film! The film was released as a cash grab, built on the success of the first film's controversy about snuff film allegations, with the director being arrested on murder charges. 

This was the final film directed by Antonio Climati, who only held 4 directing credits across 13 years and it is known as the film that ended the cannibal genre!

There is a small amount of paper loss in the top left, but for a poster like this, it just adds to the obscurity of the whole piece!
