The 24/500 sits at the entry level of Victron's VE.Direct inverter range. It accepts a 24V DC input from a battery bank and produces a clean 230V AC sine wave output at up to 500VA. Installation Notes

This inverter operates from a 24V DC battery system and should be installed by a qualified electrician or experienced system integrator. DC cabling must be correctly rated for the expected current draw and kept as short as practicable to minimise voltage drop. A suitably rated DC fuse or circuit breaker must be fitted on the positive battery cable close to the battery terminal. This unit is not grid-connected and does not require G98 or G99 notification.
